At coldeco, we carefully prepare and ship each piece with great attention so that every work arrives safely and beautifully in your hands.
Please read the following information before placing your order.

■ Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

・Shop Pay (Credit Card Payment)

Various major credit cards can be used through Shop Pay.
Once your information is registered, future payments can be completed smoothly and securely.

・PayPay / Merpay

Payments via PayPay and Merpay are also available.
You can complete your purchase easily from your smartphone.

・Bank Transfer

We also accept payment by bank transfer.
Please make the payment to the designated account according to the instructions sent after your order is placed.

※ Shipment preparation will begin after payment confirmation
※ Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer
※ Please make the transfer under the name of the person who placed the order
※ Payment must be completed within 7 days of placing the order
※ Orders may be canceled if payment is not confirmed within the specified period

■ Packaging

To ensure that our glass works arrive safely, all items are carefully packed using double-box packaging.

Product → Protective cushioning → Inner box → Protective cushioning → Outer box

Each order is packed with the utmost care and attention.

■ Gift Wrapping (Ribbon)

If gift ribbon wrapping is selected, the inner box will be wrapped with a ribbon before shipping.
Ribbon wrapping is provided free of charge.

The ribbon design will be selected by our shop to best match the atmosphere of the piece.

■ Gift Bags

Gift bags are available for an additional fee.
If desired, please purchase the required quantity.

The design and size of the bag will be selected by our shop according to the artwork purchased.

■ Notes Regarding Gift Wrapping

Please note that the color and specifications of ribbons and gift bags may vary slightly depending on stock availability.

■ Shipping Availability

Currently, shipping is available only within Japan.
We are considering international shipping options for the future.

■ Shipping Fees

Shipping within Japan is a flat rate of ¥800 nationwide.
Orders over ¥11,000 (tax included) qualify for free shipping.

■ Processing & Delivery

Orders will be shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery usually takes approximately 2–5 days after shipment.

※ Delivery to remote islands and certain regions may require additional time

As each piece is carefully prepared by hand, we appreciate your understanding.

■ Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Please contact us through the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for the request.

【Returns Requested by the Customer】

Depending on the condition and nature of the item, we may not be able to accommodate all return requests.
Returned items must include all original accessories and packaging materials (such as boxes and tags).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued only after we confirm that the returned item is in acceptable condition.

Refunds will generally be processed within one week using the same payment method as the original purchase.

※ Depending on the payment method, certain processing fees may be deducted from the refunded amount

【Defective or Damaged Items】

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
We may ask you to provide photographs showing the condition of the item for confirmation purposes.

We will provide a replacement or refund at our expense.
※ If a replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued

【Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange】

・Items returned more than 8 days after delivery
・Items that have been used or show signs of use
・Items damaged or stained after delivery
・Items missing original accessories or packaging materials (boxes, tags, etc.)

【Returns for Earrings】

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

【Out-of-Stock Items Due to Timing of Orders】

Many of our works are one-of-a-kind pieces and may also be listed simultaneously through other sales channels.

While we strive to update inventory status as quickly as possible, there may be cases where an item has already sold out elsewhere at the time your order is placed.

In such cases, if the same piece or a suitable replacement cannot be prepared, we may cancel the order at our discretion and issue a full refund.

However, for some sold-out pieces, custom order production may still be possible.
