coldeco (hereinafter referred to as “our shop”) provides handcrafted fused glass products through its online store and related services (hereinafter referred to as “this site”).

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) set forth the conditions for using this site, purchasing products, and using services provided by our shop.

Please read these Terms carefully before using this site. By using this site, you agree to these Terms.

This site is operated using Shopify.

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These Terms apply to all customers using this site.

The Shopping Guide, Privacy Policy, information based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, and other policies posted on this site shall constitute part of these Terms.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and other policies, the descriptions in the Shopping Guide and on product pages shall prevail.

Article 2 (Use of This Site)

Customers shall use this site in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws and regulations.

Minors must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before using this site.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when placing orders or making inquiries.

Article 3 (Account and Information Management)

Customers are responsible for properly managing their account information, including email addresses and passwords.

Our shop shall not be liable for damages caused by insufficient management by the customer, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by our shop.

The transfer, lending, or sharing of accounts is prohibited.

Article 4 (Product Characteristics and Display)

Our shop strives to display product information as accurately as possible. However, colors and textures may appear differently depending on the viewing environment and display settings.

As many products are handmade and one-of-a-kind, individual differences, air bubbles, slight irregularities, and variations in texture may occur.

Please understand that these are part of the unique character of handcrafted fused glass pieces.

Our shop may change product specifications, prices, or sales details without prior notice.

Article 5 (Orders and Sales Contracts)

When a customer places an order through this site, it shall be considered an application to purchase the product.

A sales contract is considered complete when our shop confirms and prepares the order for shipment.

Our shop may refuse or cancel an order in the following cases:

・If the provided information is incomplete or false
・If payment cannot be confirmed
・If the product is out of stock or contains a pricing error
・If the order is deemed to be for resale purposes
・If our shop determines the order to be inappropriate

Article 6 (Prices and Payment)

Product prices are listed as tax-inclusive prices on each product page.

Domestic shipping within Japan is a flat rate of 800 JPY. Orders over 11,000 JPY (tax included) qualify for free shipping.

The following payment methods are available:

・Shop Pay (credit card payment)
・PayPay
・Merpay
・Bank transfer

For bank transfers, payment must be completed within 7 days of placing the order.

Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders may be canceled if payment is not confirmed within the specified period.

Article 7 (Shipping and Delivery)

Orders are generally shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

After shipment, delivery within Japan usually takes approximately 2 to 5 days depending on the destination.

Please note that delivery may require additional time in some areas, including remote islands.

Our shop shall not be liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

International shipping may be available only for selected products and regions.

Article 8 (Returns and Exchanges)

If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and include your order number and reason for the request.

(1) Returns Due to Customer Preference

・Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
・Please return all original packaging and accessories together with the product
・Refunds will only be processed after confirming the returned item's condition
・Refunds are generally processed within approximately one week

(2) Defective or Damaged Products

・We will provide a replacement or refund at our expense
・We may request photographs to confirm the condition of the item and packaging

(3) Cases Where Returns or Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted

・More than 8 days have passed since delivery
・The product has been used or shows signs of use
・Damage or stains occurred due to customer handling
・Original accessories or packaging materials are missing

(4) Pierced Earrings

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Article 9 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All content published on this site, including text, images, designs, and product photographs, belongs to our shop or the rightful owners.

Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, resale, scraping, or secondary use is prohibited.

Article 10 (Prohibited Conduct)

The following acts are prohibited when using this site:

・Violations of laws or public order and morals
・Unauthorized access or interference with system operations
・Defamation or harmful conduct toward our shop or third parties
・Providing false information
・Purchasing products for resale purposes
・Unauthorized reproduction or scraping of content
・Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by our shop

Article 11 (External Services)

This site operates using external services, including Shopify.

When using such services, the terms and policies of each service provider shall also apply.

Our shop shall not be liable for damages caused by external services except where legally attributable to our shop.

Our shop strives to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information provided on this site but does not guarantee it.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our shop shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of this site except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Even if liability is recognized, the maximum liability of our shop shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
